ffrprep.group.compute_grand_average(evoked_paths)[source]

Load per-subject Evoked files and compute their grand average.

Parameters:

evoked_paths (dict[str, pathlib.Path]) – Mapping of subject label to the Evoked .fif file to include.

Returns:

  • grand_average (mne.Evoked)

  • subjects (list of str) – Subject labels included, sorted, in the order averaged.
