ffrprep.group.save_group_metrics(derivatives_root, task, session, run, metrics, dictionary=None)

Save a per-subject metrics table to a group-level TSV file.

When dictionary (see build_metrics_dictionary()) is given it is written as <base>_metrics.json next to the TSV.
